It also turned out that I had meant to buy the Groupon for Air Duct Cleaning and HVAC inspection with Dryer Vent Clean ($49) because I needed a dryer vent clean. Even with wrong Groupon, Victor was kind enough to perform the dryer vent clean with a rotor brush as a complimentary gesture.

All in all, I had a great experience with Victor and would highly recommend A1 Air Duct Cleaning!

Excellent customer service and communication throughout the process. Made an appointment for the day after I called and arrived within the time frame. They were very up front about cost and noise levels and walked me through each step of the process. Gentleman we're very friendly and professional would recommend or hire again

They did a great job with my air duct cleaning. They pointed out that my furnace didn't even have a filter which is partly why it got so dirty over the years so they took measurements to recommend which size to get. They were very knowledgeable and thoroughly cleaned each vent. They are also very friendly, kind, and easy to work with. I would highly recommend.

They cleaned all 11 of our ducts with a long brush that the two of them used together, our furnace, and our furnace intake for a reasonable price. Victor was even willing to clean a 12th duct without increasing the price, but it turned out it was just a random cover, no duct. He also gave me lots of helpful advice about furnace/intake filters and proper insulation. I know the air in my house is much cleaner now--thanks Victor!

Victor did an excellent job for deep cleaning of my house air duct. This is the first time I did the deep cleaning with rotation brushes go through every duct pipe, every vent and the furnace and air intake. Victor was reasonable with price. I strongly recommend him.

The business owner Victor is a very nice guy. We talked on the phone and made an appointment. I had to reschedule due to a family emergency and they were flexible with the time. He came with his team on time. We discussed all the possible solutions to our house duct cleaning project and he gave me a really good deal based on our actual situation. They did a good job cleaning my duct system. They found probably 20 years old Fritos bag and other construction debris inside the duct. I'm satisfied with their service.

A-1 Air duct cleaning are so professional recomended they fix my Dryer vent after other companys couldn't repair propertly i strongly recommend this company

I did purchase their service from Groupon and you should know that, what is offered on Groupon is the cost to clean 1 air duct and most homes have a minimum of 6 air ducts but after doing a bit of quick research their prices are still very fair. If you want a team with integrity, you should consider using this company.

I called Victor and he came out the next day. He and his assistant were great--friendly, courteous, and extremely helpful in assisting me in determining exactly what I needed. He cleaned my dryer vent right away and I was very happy with his service.

Victor was very professional and responsive to all my texts and phone calls. He answered all my questions and explained throughly all the steps for cleaning my vents. He also showed me photos and evidence of how horrible conditions my vents where in and the final result. He was extremely flexible with my busy schedule and gave me a great deal for my large house and in the end he left my vents and house spotless and smelling clean. 5 star service

Bought a Groupon for vent cleaning and had them quote the whole house. A little higher than last time, but I had them do the whole air system and vents (with brush and a solution to help minimize allergies), including the dryer and range vents. They checked the furnace itself and let me know it was in good shape, then repaired some unsealed vents and sized/put in a new filter. Very professional, courteous and came within the two hour window and did a great job. Also, very informative along the way, providing pictures as well. I'd use them again.

Victor and his assistant were quickly able to assist with my dryer vent issue, they not only cleaned but replaced some of the parts and additionally cleaned my bathroom vent (all for an extra fee, well worth it though). He was able to come the same day and the whole process took about an hour and a half.

Victor was very friendly and cleaned our dryer vent. He took the time to try to find where the vent was exiting, which was not straightforward. He was patient and had great customer service. Highly recommend!

Great communication, walk through, follow up. They were here for several hours. My house duct's haven't been cleaned in the 9 years we have been here, so I was expecting a long and pricey job. I was home cleaning my house so was in and out of every room and witnessed all the work that was done. When the big suction was running, they were on other vents with another system, i could see from the downstairs vents what they were doing was working... and well... They were very kind and friendly. I would gladly and highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future. This is my first posting on yelp, as I normally don't, but i don't think they deserve the bad reviews they were given...
